When ordering from Cozie for delivery to any destination outside Australia, the recipient may be charged import duty and other taxes- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these amounts if this applies.
If your garment is found to be faulty please follow Exchange Return procedure - Cozie Swimwear is happy to exchange or refund for any garment found to be faulty by the manufacturer. All returned faulty garments will be returned to the manufacturer for testing , this may take 21 days from the time Cozie receives the parcel.
Should you have problems with broken stitching or broken clips we will be happy to repair the suit at no charge to the customer- You will be required to follow Exchange/Return Procedure and include the original receipt as proof of purchase. We offer this service to all Cozie Swimwear customers no matter how long ago you purchased your swimsuit either thru the website or in store.
