Exchange & Return Policy

Purchases


At Cozie Swimwear we want you to be happy with your purchase- we will be happy to replace, exchange or refund any garment that you are not 100% happy with as long as it is received by Cozie no later than 21 days from the original purchase date- The garment must have all garment tags intact and not have been worn or washed and not a sale item.

Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear

Returns/Exchanges Procedure

Please email cozie@in.com.au for a return form- Which must be completed and returned with your garment @ this time you will be given a return authorization number- this number must be written on the outside of the package- If an item is returned to Cozie Swimwear the customer pays return postage , we take no responsibility for lost parcels from the customer.

PLEASE NOTE- no package will be accepted without your RA(returns authorization number)

Replacement

If you choose a replacement that is of a lesser value than your original purchase a credit will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase- If the replacement is of a greater value you will need to pay the difference in the payment of your choice.

Postage Costs

Cozie will not charge postage on the first exchange but any exchanges after that will be charged @ website rates- Cozie is not responsible for postage charges from the customer back to us.

Refunds/Exchanges

No Return or Exchange on Sale Items for incorrect choice .
Once you have obtained your Ra and filled in your returns form you then return the garment to
